Refund Policy — AGENT LABS

1. General Policy

Once a digital FiveM script or resource pack is purchased and delivered, it is non-refundable. By completing a purchase on the AGENT LABS store, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

Notice: Due to the digital nature of FiveM assets and immediate delivery to your CFX / Keymaster account, sales are final. Please review all script documentation, dependencies, and requirements before completing checkout.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund would only be issued in the case where a verifiable script issue or bug is identified that is not solved in due time.

Our development team will actively work with you to diagnose and resolve any technical problems, conflicts, or installation issues before considering a refund. Refund requests are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, server bans, accidental purchases, or server incompatibility resulting from unauthorized core modifications or unsupported third-party frameworks.

If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund under this policy, please open a support ticket via our Discord Community with your Tebex transaction ID, order details, server framework, and a clear description of the issue encountered.
